ETHZilla rebrands to Forum Markets; shares jump 13%, ticker to FRMM Monday

On Wednesday, ETHZilla announced it is rebranding to Forum Markets and will do business as Forum. Shares rose over 13% to $3.91 as the company pivots from a crypto treasury strategy to tokenization, with a ticker change to FRMM set for Monday at market open pending Nasdaq approval.
