ARK Invest Seeks SEC Approval for Two CoinDesk 20-Linked Crypto ETFs Filed January 23, 2026

On January 23, 2026, ARK Invest led by Cathie Wood submitted two cryptocurrency ETF applications to the U.S. SEC that aim to track the CoinDesk 20 Index, with one fund including Bitcoin and the other excluding it.
