Aave Labs floats Arc deployment for Aave V4, with $10M minimum to Aave DAO

Aave Labs has asked the Aave community to back a “Temp Check” proposal, published May 29, to deploy Aave V4 on Arc, Circle’s institutional-focused layer-1. The draft outlines a minimum $2 million per year payment to the Aave DAO for five years ($10 million total) and frames Aave as a foundational lending layer for Arc ahead of the network’s planned summer 2026 mainnet.
