Grayscale Submits Amended S-1 for Hyperliquid Staking ETF, Sets 0.29% Fee Below Bitwise and 21Shares

June 2 — Grayscale has filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF, proposing the ticker symbol HYPG and a 0.29% management fee. The proposed fee undercuts comparable Hyperliquid ETF offerings from Bitwise and 21Shares. Bitwise's BHYP Hyperliquid ETF charges 0% for the first month before moving to 0.34%, while 21Shares' THYP carries a 0.30% fee. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said Grayscale's product could be nearing launch, with expectations the fund may begin trading this week. If it debuts, the Grayscale vehicle would become the third Hyperliquid ETF on the market. Net inflows into HYPE-related ETFs topped $132 million as of last month.
