Grayscale amends S-1 for Hyperliquid Staking ETF, sets 0.29% fee
Grayscale on Monday filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its Hyperliquid Staking ETF (ticker: HYPG), according to The Block. The updated filing lists a 0.29% management fee, undercutting the previously disclosed fee schedules for Bitwise's BHYP (0% for the first month, then 0.34%) and 21Shares' THYP (0.3%).
Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst James Seyffart said the fund is expected to officially launch this week.
Hyperliquid is a decentralized derivatives exchange for onchain perpetual contracts. Its native token, HYPE, has an estimated market capitalization of about $16.1 billion, making it the world's 10th-largest cryptocurrency asset.
