KelpDAO exploit nets about $294M as attacker mints 116,500 RSETH

KelpDAO suffered an exploit that resulted in losses of about $294 million. The attacker minted 116,500 $RSETH, valued at roughly $294 million, then sold the tokens and also pledged $RSETH as collateral to borrow $ETH. The transactions yielded 106,467 $ETH, worth about $250 million.
