Harvard Management Company exits $87M iShares Ethereum Trust stake in Q1 2026 filing

Harvard Management Company reported in a Q1 2026 SEC filing that it sold its entire Ether-related position after holding it for one quarter. The endowment no longer lists the $87 million stake in BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust ETF shares that appeared in its Q4 2025 holdings. It also trimmed Bitcoin exposure in Q1 2026, selling about 2.3 million Bitcoin ETF shares while keeping more than 3 million shares of BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF valued at nearly $117 million.
