Bitplanet, a KOSDAQ-listed technology company, purchased 92.67 Bitcoin valued at approximately $10.9 million through a licensed domestic exchange, becoming South Korea's first publicly traded firm to execute a regulated corporate Bitcoin acquisition. The Seoul-based company plans to accumulate up to 10,000 BTC through daily purchases as part of a long-term treasury strategy backed by global investors including Metaplanet and Sora Ventures.
