Uniswap Restricts Access From Tencent Cloud IP Blocks, Disrupting Some VPN Connections

According to ME News, on April 19 (UTC+8), users reported they could not reach Uniswap's governance forum at gov.uniswap.org. After contacting Uniswap, they were told the site had been hit by a large-scale automated traffic campaign originating from certain Tencent Cloud infrastructure IP ranges, with volumes approaching DDoS levels. Uniswap has since blocked those IP ranges to protect site stability. VPN users whose exit nodes fall within the same ranges may also be affected; switching to a different region or a non-Tencent Cloud node is expected to restore access.
