Strategy disclosed in a Form 8-K dated 18 May that it bought 24,869 BTC for about $2.01 billion, lifting its total holdings to 843,738 BTC. Bitcoin was trading near $76,500 at press time after sliding from the $82,000 area earlier this month, while indicators such as RSI and DMI suggested sellers still had near-term control despite some “local bottom” signals.
