Rumble to Acquire Northern Data for $1.2B in All-Share Deal
Rumble Inc. has agreed to acquire AI infrastructure firm Northern Data AG in an all-share transaction valued at approximately $1.2 billion. Stablecoin issuer Tether committed to purchase up to $150 million in GPU services from the combined entity and pledged $100 million over two years to support Rumble Wallet adoption. Northern Data shareholders will receive 2.0281 Rumble shares for each share held and own roughly 30% of the merged company.
