Meta launches Muse AI agent with free tier and $20 and $100 monthly plans

AMD shares jump 6.7% after Qualcomm says Amazon could buy up to $60 billion in AI datacenter products
Qualcomm said Amazon could purchase as much as $60 billion of AI datacenter products through a long-term collaboration. The news helped lift AMD shares about 6.7% as investors continued to bet on rising demand for AI computing infrastructure. AMD reported quarterly revenue up 50% to $11.54 billion, with datacenter sales more than doubling to $6.7 billion, or roughly 58% of total revenue. Qualcomm is targeting $15 billion in annual datacenter revenue by 2029.

Goldman Sachs warns of an AI capex surge as Big Tech ramps spending
Several tech giants have sharply raised AI-related capital spending plans. Alphabet lifted its full-year capex guidance to $195 billion to $205 billion and said spending is expected to rise “significantly” in 2027. Nvidia plans AI server price increases of more than 15% ahead of Aug. 26 earnings
Nvidia plans to raise prices by more than 15% on several AI servers to offset higher costs for components such as memory.
