Morgan Stanley Files for Spot Bitcoin ETF With 0.14% Fee, Poised to Be Market's Lowest

PANews, March 28 — CoinDesk reports that Morgan Stanley has outlined pricing for its proposed spot Bitcoin ETF. An amended filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lists an expense ratio of 0.14% (14 basis points). If the product is approved, it would undercut all existing spot Bitcoin ETFs on fees. Industry pricing generally sits between 15 and 25 basis points. Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF currently offers the lowest fee at 0.15%, while larger products such as BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) charge 25 basis points.
