Morgan Stanley Targets 0.14% Fee for Proposed Spot Bitcoin ETF, Potentially Market's Lowest

Morgan Stanley intends to set a 0.14% (14-basis-point) expense ratio for its proposed spot Bitcoin ETF, according to a revised filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) cited by CoinDesk. If the fund wins approval, it would undercut current pricing across the segment. Fees for spot Bitcoin ETFs generally run about 15 to 25 basis points, with the lowest currently offered by the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF at 0.15%. Larger offerings, including BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), charge 25 basis points.
