Separately, Missouri advanced a state bitcoin reserve bill, Standard Chartered projected stablecoin market capitalization could reach $2 trillion by end-2028, and Australian police charged a 42-year-old man over an alleged cryptocurrency scheme that defrauded over 190 people of 5 million AUD ($3.5 million).
