Polygon Bets on Stablecoin "Supercycle" as POL Tests Recovery Toward $0.21 Resistance
Analysts are revisiting the outlook for POL as Polygon advances its "stablecoin supercycle" thesis, positioning the network as core infrastructure for large-scale tokenized money and payments. Polygon’s Aishwary Gupta projects more than 100,000 stablecoins by 2030, while the chain already processes millions of daily transactions, supports over $1.24B in stablecoin supply, and handled $4.3Bn in Q2 2025, according to Polygon. With POL trading around $0.12 and key resistance near $0.21, the token’s recovery is seen as dependent on whether institutional stablecoin issuance and technical momentum can align.
