VersaBank posts 23% revenue rise in fiscal Q3 2026 as U.S. SRP growth accelerates
VersaBank reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 results showing revenue up 23% year over year, with net income up 53% and adjusted (core) net income up 27%, driven mainly by faster growth in its U.S. SRP business. The bank said it is targeting at least US$3 billion of new U.S. SRP in fiscal 2027 and plans to further improve efficiency. The quarter included $3.1 million in non-core, non-interest expenses, and the bank’s Form S-4 registration statement with the U.S. SEC has been declared effective.
