Anthropic’s private valuation has climbed 22-fold since June 2024, based on mutual-fund reported marks. The increase has outpaced both Nvidia and the Nasdaq 100 by about 10 times, even as Anthropic remains privately held, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas. After a May 2026 financing, the company’s post-money valuation reached $965 billion. Anthropic also said its annualized revenue run rate hit $65 billion by the end of July, up from about $9 billion at the end of 2025.

Strategy shares closed down 5.28% on Aug. 18 at $92.52 after hitting an intraday low of $92.45. The company holds a $4.8 billion USD reserve, but investors have focused on its pause in Bitcoin purchases. This week, Strategy raised $333.7 million through a stock issuance.

SpaceX shares fell 3% to $137.52 in early Friday trading after the company completed its $60 billion acquisition of Cursor. The deal added roughly 29.1 million restricted stock units and 44.4 million Cursor stock options to SpaceX’s equity structure. A US SEC filing shows that, based on Cursor’s implied $60 billion equity value, about 319 million shares could become available on August 20. The stock ended Thursday down about 3% at $141.29, still above its $135 IPO price but about 30% below its June 16 closing high of $201.80.
