Sui mainnet stalls again on May 29 after validator-led recovery from 1.72 bug

Sui reported a fresh mainnet network stall on May 29, only hours after the chain restarted from a prior outage linked to validator infrastructure. The earlier incident on May 28 lasted 5 hours and 55 minutes and recovery required >2/3 of validator stake to upgrade to a fix for a crash bug introduced in the 1.72 release.
