When submitting a withdrawal return request, please ensure you forward the exchange email regarding the returned withdrawal as an attachment according to the requirements below. Otherwise, your return request will be denied.
Using Gmail as an example:
1. Visit Gmail and open the email from the exchange where you initiated the withdrawal. Click "Download message" in the upper right corner and save the email in EML format to your device.
2. Click "Compose" on Gmail to start writing a new email that includes the following details:
- Recipient: Enter BingX official email at depositwithdraw@bingx.com
- Subject: Use the format [Withdrawal Return Request - {UID}]. Please replace {UID} with your account UID.
- Content: Please include the following details:
- UID
- TXID of the initiated withdrawal
- TXID of the returned withdrawal
- Platform for the returned withdrawal
- Attach Files: Once you entered the details above, click "Attach files" and upload the EML file you downloaded earlier.
3. After verifying that the email details and attached files are correct, click "Send" to complete the process.
Notes:
(1) Please ensure to confirm with the exchange that the email has DKIM enabled before sending the email. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email authentication technology that helps verify the origin and authenticity of the email. If DKIM is not enabled, we may not be able to validate the email's authenticity.
(2) We recommend using Gmail for forwarding the email.
