A1: BingX Card is a cryptocurrency debit card authorized by Mastercard. It offers users a convenient and secure way to spend globally. BingX Card initially supports the Euro Mastercard. You can deposit popular cryptocurrencies such as USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH, which are instantly converted to Euros based on the current exchange rate and stored in the BingX Card. Spend your Euros at millions of merchants worldwide, both online and offline, or withdraw cash from any ATM that accepts Mastercard.
Q2: How does the BingX Card ensure the security of funds? How do I protect it from theft or fraud?
A2: The BingX Card adopts 3D Secure technology to safeguard every transaction. You'll receive instant notifications on your phone to monitor your funds at all time. The BingX Card comes with security features such as PIN code, two-factor authentication, and more. Update your passwords regularly, avoid sharing private information, and only use the card on trusted platforms. If your card is lost or stolen, contact the card provider immediately to report the loss and take measures to protect your assets.
Application & Activation
Q3: How much does it cost to apply for a BingX Card?
A3. Typically, applying for the BingX Card requires a payment of €20. The application amount and the credited amount must match exactly for the application to be successful. As part of our launch promotion, the application fee for a BingX Card is free for a limited time.
Q4. How much is the monthly fee of the BingX Card?
A4: The BingX Card charges a monthly fee of €1. It'll be automatically deducted from your card balance on the 30th of each month at 20:00 (UTC). If you miss multiple monthly fee payments, the system will deduct the cumulative monthly fees the next time you use the BingX Card.
Q5. How long will it take to receive my physical BingX Card after applying?
A5. Once the BingX Card is manufactured, it will be mailed to the address provided in your application. Typically, this takes between 15 workdays to a month.
Deposits & Usage
Q6. What should I do if the amount deposited to the service provider does not match the required amount after activation?
A6. When loading the card, ensure the cryptocurrency amount includes the gas fee so that the received amount matches the order requirement. If the amount received is less than the order amount required, the service provider will credit the Euro based on the amount of credited cryptos. If the amount received exceeds the order amount required, please contact online customer support for manual refund.
After the deposit is credited, Euro assets can usually be received within 2-3 minutes.If you have made a payment but haven't received the funds after a significant delay, contact online customer support via the chat window in the lower right corner of the website.
Q7. How to obtain the receiving address for deposit?
A7. When you initiate a deposit order, the service provider will provide the corresponding receiving address and QR code. You need to complete the payment within 30 minutes. Please also note:
a. Each receiving address may differ, so do not reuse addresses. Always use the latest address provided for each new deposit.
b. Ensure you transfer the correct cryptocurrency via the correct blockchain network. Using an incorrect address or cryptocurrency type may result in a loss of funds.
Q8. Can I link the BingX Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
A8. Currently, linking the BingX Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay is not supported.
Q9. What types of transactions are not supported with the BingX Card?
A9. The BingX Card does not support the following types of transactions: automatic fuel pump payments, phone/mail payments; recurring payments.

A10. The BingX Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. You can check the exact expiration date on the front of the physical card once you receive it.
Q11. Are there any additional fees associated with the BingX Card? What are the limits?
A11. The BingX Card may incur additional fees such as transaction fees, withdrawal fees, and conversion fees. These fees vary depending on the card issuer and transaction circumstances, so it's important to review these details before applying. Additionally, cryptocurrency price fluctuations may lead to extra costs.
