What is BingX Launchpool

BingX Launchpool is a platform designed to help project teams issue tokens optimally. We offer high-quality and comprehensive services, from pre-issuance consultation to post-listing marketing support.

How to Join BingX Launchpool

There are four core stages in BingX Launchpool: token staking, reward calculation, reward issuance and Spot listing.
  1. Token Staking
    • First, log in to your BingX account and ensure you've completed advanced KYC verification. Users in restricted regions won’t be able to join Launchpool.
    • During the staking stage, stake the corresponding token within the designated time to join the Launchpool.
    • Your staked tokens can be retrieved from the Launchpool project at any time.
  2. Reward Calculation
    • In the Individual Staking Limit mode, each prize pool comes with staking limits that may vary across different projects. Be sure to check the project announcements and the Launchpool page for details before participating.
    •  Three snapshots of each participating user's staked tokens will be taken every hour to determine the amount staked during that hour and allocate rewards accordingly. Here's the calculation formula:
      • Hourly Reward = (User's average hourly staked token amount ÷ platform's average hourly staked token amount) x (daily reward limit ÷ 24)
  3. Reward Issuance
    • Launchpool rewards are issued to participating users hourly. The system calculates the hourly rewards for users based on their "daily reward limit", ensuring all participants receive their fair share of rewards.
    • If User A stakes at time T, the system will issue the reward at T+1. (For instance: User A stakes at 10:00, and the system has taken three snapshots of the User A's staked amount during that hour. User A will receive the staking rewards at 11:00.)
  4. Spot Listing
    • After the Launchpool, your staked tokens will be automatically returned to your Fund Account. Spot trading for the Launchpool project will open at the designated time.

Q: What is the Individual Staking Limit mode?

A: In the Individual Staking Limit mode, each prize pool comes with staking limits that may vary across different projects. Be sure to check the project announcements and the Launchpool page for details before participating.

 

Q: Why can't I see the Individual Staking Limit mode when participating via the app?

A: Ensure your app is updated to version 4.24.0 or higher for the best experience. If you're participating via our website, this won't be an issue.

 

Q: Why can't I participate even though I've completed advanced KYC?

A: Your account might have triggered our platform's risk controls due to using multiple accounts from the same IP address or using several associated devices. Try using a different device and network to sign up for a new account. If the issue persists, please contact our online customer support. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Q: Why am I not receiving rewards after staking assets into Launchpool?

A: Your staked asset is too small in relative to the total staked assets on the platform, resulting in rewards that are below the minimum issuance threshold for that token. You can increase your staked assets to qualify for rewards. Alternatively, you can also choose to retrieve your staked assets.

 

Q: What tokens can be staked in the BingX Launchpool?

A: Please refer to the project details announced for each edition. The tokens listed for each project are the ones available for staking.


Q: Where can I view my staking rewards after staking tokens in the Launchpool?

A: Click "Reward History" on the Launchpool page to view your rewards.


Q: What if I want to stop joining the Launchpool halfway through? How will my previous staking rewards be calculated?
A: BingX Launchpool supports staking and retrieval at any time. The system calculates and issues rewards based on your staking duration. Rewards are issued for each full hour of staking. If your staking period is less than an hour, no rewards will be issued.

Q: Where can I view my the tokens I've previously staked after the Launchpool?
A: After the Launchpool project concludes, your staked tokens will be automatically returned to your Fund Account. The Launchpool project page will record the amount of tokens staked at the end of the project. Additionally, there may be some delay in the returning the staked funds due to the increased number of participants. We appreciate your patience.

Q: How is my hourly reward calculated after I staked tokens in the Launchpool?
A: Hourly Reward = (User's average hourly staked token amount ÷ platform's average hourly staked token amount) x (daily reward limit ÷ 24). The system calculates the "hourly reward limit for users" based on their "daily reward limit". Rewards are affected by the individual staking limit.

Q: What is the "user's average hourly staked token amount"?
A: Multiple random snapshots of user's staked tokens will be taken every hour to determine the amount staked during that hour and reward allocation. In the Individual Staking Limit mode, there is a limit on the amount of assets that users can stake.
