After submitting your identity verification (KYC) application, BingX will review your provided information. You’ll get the results via an in-app message in the "Message Center".

If you receive a notification that your identity verification has failed, don't worry. Just follow the instructions below to resubmit your KYC application.

   
I. Incorrect Document Information

1. Incorrect ID Information
Please carefully check all the information you submitted matches your ID, including your name, date of birth, ID number, etc. Any discrepancies may lead to a verification failure.

2. Expired or Invalid ID
Please ensure that your ID is in its validity period. Your identity verification will not be approved if your ID is expired, invalid or not recognized. Update your ID with the relevant authorities and proceed with the verification again.

Incorrect Document Type
Make sure your submitted document type meets our verification requirement. You can use documents like ID card, passport and driver's license for identity verification. Resubmit your application with the correct document type. (Driver's license are not accepted for KYC in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Timor-Leste, Thailand and some countries/regions; only new ID cards and passports are accepted.)

4. Mismatched Country/Region Information
Ensure that the country or region you provided matches the information on your ID. The identity verification will not proceed if there's a discrepancy. Please double-check your information before submitting.


II. Country/Region Regulatory Restrictions

1. Local Legal Restrictions
Certain regions have specific laws and regulations that might prevent us from approving your identity verification. Please read our "Disclaimer" to understand important compliance issues and liability terms.

2. Age Restrictions
If your ID shows that you are currently under 18, you won't be able to proceed with the identity verification due to relevant regulations. Please apply again once you meet the age requirement.

III. ID Photos Doesn't Meet Requirement

1. Missing Required Information
In your selfie holding your ID, you need to display a paper showing "BingX" and the date of verification. Make sure this information is clearly visible in the photo.

2. Selfie with ID Doesn't Meet Requirement
Take a selfie holding your ID as instructed, ensuring that your face and the ID information are clearly visible in the photo.

3. Blurry ID Photos
Ensure that your uploaded ID photos are clear and readable. Avoid photos that are too close or too far, too bright or too dark, or have the edges of the ID photo obscured or cropped.
   

IV. ID Already Verified on Another Account

To prevent the misuse of identity information and avoid unnecessary potential account risks, we do not allow the same ID to be verified on multiple accounts. If your ID has already been verified on another account, please use a different ID for verification or transfer your identity information from the verified account to the unverified one.
