To enhance our users' experience, BingX has been upgrading the Trial Fund feature since 2023-08-01. The upgrade is now completed. Learn more about the latest activation process, transfer and expiration rules, and Offset Ratio in "My Vouchers". Following this upgrade:
A. Starting from 2023-08-01, the new Trial Fund and previously activated Trial Funds can no longer be transferred between different futures accounts.
B. The new Trial Fund is issued in the form of a voucher to My Vouchers and require "Redeem" first for usage. Previously activated Trial Funds can be used as usual.
C. If a user holds both the new and old Trial Funds, they may need to use up the old Trial Funds before they can redeem the new Trial Fund (voucher). After successful redemption, the new Offset Ratio and invalidity rules will be applied. Opting not to redeem the Trial Fund voucher will leave the old Trial Fund unaffected.
D. Starting from 2023-10-12, the new Trial Fund and previously activated Trial Funds can no longer be used to offset trading fees.
