4. Contact online support
If the above methods do not resolve the issue, please reach out to BingX online customer support, who will switch the email verification code delivery channel for you. After the switch, please try again to get the verification code.
5. Change or disable email verification
If you still fail to receive the verification code, click on "Unavailable verification options?" on the page where the email verification code is required, and select the email address you have linked to your account. Then, follow the instructions on the page to upload a photo of yourself holding your ID document to apply for linking another email.
Note: The review will be completed within 1 workday, and the result will be sent via SMS or email. Please note to check it. To ensure the security of your account and assets, withdrawals can only be made 24 hours after the review is completed.
