Below are classic examples of failed deposits and solutions for asset recovery.

 

1. Failed deposits from other platforms to BingX account 

1.1 Depositing unsupported currencies on BingX

If you deposit currencies that are not supported on BingX, using a public chain supported by BingX (such as ERC20/BEP20/TRC20), those assets will not be credited to your BingX account. In such cases, kindly obtain the transaction record from the corresponding blockchain explorer and submit your deposit information following the instruction below. Our specialists will verify and process your request upon receipt:

Please note:

1) A fee will be collected accordingly, as asset recovery takes considerable human resources and time, and we need the assistance of the third party. We will charge or freeze 20 USDT as a recovery fee. (For certain special deposit cases, our specialist will refund 20 USDT to you or recover it for you free of charge after verification. Please refer to the actual verification results for more details.)

2) We will process your request within 7 to 15 working days. Once the processing is successful, the assets will arrive in the receiving wallet you provided. If you provide incomplete information or have less than 20 USDT in your Fund Account, it may take longer to retrieve your assets. Therefore, please ensure that you have at least 20 USDT in your "Fund Account -> USDT account" to cover the cost of retrieving your assets. If it is insufficient, please make a deposit in a timely manner.

Example:
BingX does not support deposits of WBNB at this time. If you have deposited this currency via the BEP20 network, the assets will not be credited to your BingX account. Assuming the TxID of this failed deposit is: 0x842eb445b38a33b72556f060e390dbf9ccceeca7135fbfd62378b5b925a7c8c5
If you would like us to assist you in recovering the assets, please provide the relevant information, including the TXID, blockchain network, and details of the receiving wallet address. Please also ensure that you have at least 20 USDT in your fund account. We will then submit your request to the technical team for processing.

1.2 Missing or entering the incorrect tag

For assets that require a tag for deposit, if you haven't entered or have entered an incorrect tag, please submit your deposit information following the instruction below. Our specialists will verify and process your request upon receipt:

Please note:
We will process your request within 7-15 working days and, depending on the actual circumstances, return your deposited assets back to the sending wallet. The processing outcome is subject to confirmation from the technical specialists. If you provide incomplete information, it may take longer to retrieve your assets.

Example:
Assuming that the tag for your XRP assets in your BingX account is 10186819, but you entered another tag 101755030 for the deposit. As a result, the assets will not be credited to your BingX account. Please prepare the above information and contact our online support. We will assist you in submitting it to the technical team for processing.

1.3 Didn't meet BingX's minimum deposit requirement

If the amount of assets you deposit is lower than the minimum deposit amount required by BingX, it will not be credited to your BingX account. Please make another deposit within 3 months that exceeds the minimum deposit requirement (must be the same currency and the same blockchain). The previous deposit that didn't meet the minimum deposit requirement will be credited to your BingX account along with your second deposit.

Example:
The minimum deposit requirement for USDT-ARBITRUM is 5 USDT, but you only deposited 1 USDT. As a result, the deposit will not be credited to your BingX account. As long as you deposit another 5 USDT on USDT-ARBITRUM within 3 months, you will successfully receive 6 USDT (the total amount of the two deposits).

 
2. Failed withdrawals from BingX to other platforms

When withdrawing assets from BingX to another platform, your assets will be returned to your BingX account if the receiving platform fails to receive them. Possible reasons for this include:
1) The receiving platform requires users to complete identity verification (KYC), and you have not completed the verification.
2) You did not enter a memo/tag, or you entered an incorrect memo/tag when withdrawing, resulting in withdrawal failure.
3) The network selected during withdrawal does not match the network chosen in the receiving platform.
4) Your withdrawal amount is below the minimum deposit amount specified by the receiving platform.

If your withdrawal fails due to the above reasons and your assets are returned to your BingX account, please prepare the following information and contact our customer support. We will assist to submit your request to the technical team for processing.

1) Information of the returned asset, including Return TxID, cryptocurrency, time and amount.
2) Screenshot of the return record on the receiving platform, displaying both the Return TxID and the Deposit TxID.

Please note:
We will process your request within 7-15 working days. Once the processing is successful, the assets will be returned to your BingX account. If you provide incomplete information, it may take longer to retrieve your assets.

Example:
Suppose you withdraw XRP from BingX to other trading platforms, but it was returned to your BingX account by the receiving platform. In this case, please take a screenshot of the return record on the receiving platform (similar to the image below), copy the Return TxID, and provide them to our online support. We will then submit your request to the technical team for processing. For example, the Return TxID in the image below is: 700ebc1a4b4d7a54b2cd3a1e79b8d85981abd622f3c06e3e2b39e85d31758974

3. Failed internal transfers to other BingX accounts

If you have made an internal transfer to the wrong account on BingX, please check your transfer status first. If the status is still pending, please contact our online support immediately for us to assist you in canceling the transfer. If the transfer has been approved, it means that your assets have been deposited into the recipient's account. Since BingX does not have direct control over user assets, you'll need the recipient's consent to transfer the assets back to you. Please provide the following information and our specialists will notify the recipient. If the recipient agrees to return the assets, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please be patient while waiting.

1) Your account UID, internal transfer amount, currency, and time
2) Screenshot of the transfer record for this transaction
