Dear Users,
To enhance users' P2P trading experience, BingX has rolled out a new feature called "Block User". Both ordinary users and P2P merchants can block users they have had transactions with. After a merchant blocks a user, the merchant's ads will no longer be visible to the other party. Similarly, when a user blocks a merchant, the user will no longer be able to see the ads of the blocked merchant.
BingX supports the "block" and "unblock" functions to help you manage your P2P transactions flexibly.
 

1. How to Use the "Block User" Feature?

Step 1: Log in to the official website or App (If accessing via App, please upgrade to V3.36.2 and above). On the P2P Trading page, click "Orders", and click "Completed" to select the order of the party you wish to block. After clicking it, you will be directed to the order details page.
 
Step 2: Click "Block the user" at the bottom of the page, select the reason for blocking, and click "Confirm" to block the user.
 

2. How to Unblock a User?

In P2P Trading, go to "P2P User Center" --> "Blocked Users". Select the user you wish to unblock and click "Unblock". On the user's side, the merchant's ads will once again be displayed normally. As for the merchant's side, he/she will be able to receive orders from that user again.
 
Note: The "Block User" feature cannot be applied to ongoing orders.
