How to Join SOLV Launchpad:

BingX Launchpad consists of four main stages: boost, subscription, lottery and token distribution. First, log in to your BingX account and ensure you've completed advanced KYC verification. Users from restricted regions will be unable to participate in the Launchpad.

• SOLV Launchpad Period: 2025-01-10 07:00 to 2025-01-16 06:59 (UTC)
• Ensure your app is updated to version 4.51.0 or above for the best experience. If you're participating via our website, this won't be an issue.

Boost

• Deposit and refer friends to increase your subscription limit from 2025-01-10 07:00 to 2025-01-16 06:59 (UTC). Asset snapshots will be taken during this period.
  • Users are advised to deposit assets before 2025-01-13 at 07:00 (UTC) to ensure the asset snapshot is successful.
  • Earn 20 USDT in subscription limit for each valid new referee. The maximum subscription limit earned from referrals is capped at 1,000 USDT. A "valid new referee" is a new user you refer who creates a BingX account and completes either a "spot trading volume of ≥ 100 USDT" or a "futures trading volume of ≥ 2,000 USDT" during the Launchpad period.
• From 2025-01-13 07:00 to 2025-01-16 06:59 (UTC) (a total of 3 days), BingX will take snapshots of all assets in designated accounts to calculate users' average holdings and display them in equivalent amount of USDT.
  • Designated account includes: Fund Account, Perpetual Futures Account, Standard Futures Account, and Wealth Account. (Other accounts will not be included in the snapshot.)

Subscribe

• Commit USDT for subscription from 2025-01-16 07:00 to 2025-01-17 05:59 (UTC).
• The maximum amount of USDT you can subscribe is determined by the average holdings snapshot taken during the "Boost" stage. During this period, all assets in your Fund Account, Perpetual Futures Account, Standard Futures Account, and Wealth Account will be calculated, including assets in unfilled orders and subscribed Wealth products.
• Subscription orders submitted by users during the "Subscription" stage cannot be canceled. Therefore, please operate with caution.

Lottery & Token Distribution

• BingX will conduct the lottery and token distribution from 2025-01-17 06:00 to 2025-01-17 09:30 (UTC).
• The system will calculate the amount of Launchpad tokens allocated to each participant. The allocated tokens cannot exceed the Individual Winning Limit.
  • Note: The minimum distribution amount is 1 SOLV. If your allocated token is less than 1 SOLV, the system will not distribute the token or deduct the USDT you used for the subscription.
• Once the token allocation for each participant is finalized, the system will deduct the corresponding amount of USDT. The remaining USDT and the allocated Launchpad tokens will be automatically credited to your Fund Account.

Spot Trading

• SOLV/USDT will be listed on BingX Spot on 2025-01-17 at 10:00 (UTC).

4. Any users involved in illegal or malicious activities, such as fraud, participating with multiple accounts, or reward farming, will be disqualified and have their rewards revoked.

5. BingX reserves the right to the final interpretations of this event, including any modifications, updates to terms, or cancellations.

6. BingX will assist users in handling issues related to Launchpad.
