Robinhood Ethereum Layer 2 Testnet Processes 4 Million Transactions in First Week

Robinhood Chain's public Ethereum Layer 2 testnet processed four million transactions in its first week after launching last Tuesday, CEO Vlad Tenev said. The permissionless network, built on Arbitrum, is designed to support tokenized real-world assets and onchain financial services, with native backing for tokenized equities, ETFs, and other real-world assets. Developers are already building on the chain, which has integrated infrastructure partners including Alchemy, Layerzero, and Chainlink. Robinhood indicated a mainnet launch is planned for later this year, though no specific date has been provided.
