21Shares, a major European crypto ETP issuer, is preparing to launch its U.S. spot XRP ETF (ticker TOXR) after the SEC approved its Form 8-A on Nov. 20 for listing on the Cboe BZX Exchange. Spot XRP ETFs from Canary Capital, Bitwise, Grayscale and Franklin Templeton went live around mid-November and have already amassed more than $1 billion in net assets. Collectively, those funds have locked 498.41 million XRP.
