Hut 8 priced $4.25 billion of 6.129% senior secured notes due 2042 to finance its Beacon Point AI data center development in Nueces County, Texas. The planned campus is designed for 352MW of critical IT capacity across six data halls, and Hut 8 said it will be leased to a tenant rated AA- or higher. The offering is set to close on June 9, 2026, with interest beginning Nov. 30, 2026 and amortization starting May 30, 2030.

7RCC Global has launched BTCK, a listed ETF that began trading on NYSE Arca and combines about 80% exposure to bitcoin with 20% exposure to regulated carbon credit futures. The product tracks the 7RCC Kaiko Bitcoin Carbon Credit Index and uses futures linked to the EU ETS, California Cap-and-Trade, and RGGI while Gemini custodies the fund's bitcoin.

Etherfi and Plume have introduced Etherfi Liquid RWA, a real-world-asset vault aimed at eligible stablecoin users seeking institutional-style yield through regulated vault infrastructure. The vault is live in the Etherfi app with a $25 million initial cap and sits within a planned $100 million deployment into Plume's RWA platform. FG Nexus reported more than $85 million in losses from its ethereum treasury plan after accumulating 50,770 ETH for about $196 million in August–September 2025 and later selling 36,025 ETH at lower levels. The firm started reducing its ether holdings in November 2025 and sold 36,025 ETH for roughly $83.92 million, leaving its treasury strategy down more than $85 million. The UK Financial Conduct Authority has cautioned football clubs, including Premier League teams, that sponsorships with unauthorised crypto and online trading firms may create legal, reputational, and money-laundering exposure. The regulator said clubs should strengthen checks because supporters may wrongly assume promoted platforms are regulated and could lose all their money with limited protections.
