ETH Slips Under $2,000 as Standard Chartered Maintains $40,000 Target for 2030
Ethereum fell below the $2,000 level over the past 48 hours as broader crypto markets weakened. Despite the drop, Standard Chartered's digital assets research head Geoff Kendrick reiterated the bank's long-term targets, including $4,000 by end-2026 and $40,000 by end-2030. He pointed to stablecoin and tokenized-asset activity on Ethereum as key metrics that the bank says continue to improve even while price lags.

Analyst Sam Daodu: XRP Hitting $200 Would Require a $12.4T Valuation and Major Market Shifts
A $200 XRP would imply an XRP market value of about $12.4 trillion, a level that market analyst Sam Daodu says cannot fit within today’s roughly $2.6 trillion crypto market. He argues that the setup would require a historic, market-wide expansion led by a sustained Bitcoin breakout, plus enough institutional inflows and regulatory progress to align together. XRP was trading around $1.34 at the time of writing, about 63% below its $3.65 all-time high reached last year.

Report Flags XRP, ETH, SOL and LINK as "Undervalued", Citing TVL, Regulation and Usage
Market expert Sam Daodu says several large-cap tokens—including XRP, Ethereum, Solana and Chainlink—look "undervalued" compared with on-chain activity and infrastructure growth. He notes ETH trades about 57% below its August 2025 high of $4,946 and argues Ethereum's DeFi scale and planned Glamsterdam upgrade (mid-2026) could be catalysts. The report also highlights XRP's $1.30–$1.50 range in 2026, the May 14 CLARITY Act committee vote (15-9), SOL's drop from $295 to $85, and LINK around $9.50 versus $52.99.

XRP ETFs Lead Solana on Inflows: $1.39B vs $1.12B Since Oct–Nov 2025 Launches
XRP exchange-traded funds have attracted more cumulative capital than Solana ETFs, despite SOL showing stronger price performance for much of the year. Since launching in November 2025, XRP ETFs have taken in $1.39 billion versus $1.12 billion for Solana ETFs launched in October. The analysis argues the gap is tied more to regulatory and institutional factors than to network upgrades or price action.
