Bit Digital said it purchased about 8,568 ETH for $20 million on May 11, 2026, lifting its ethereum holdings to roughly 158,461.75 ETH. The Nasdaq-listed firm said the transaction aligns with a longer-term plan focused on disciplined ETH accumulation alongside AI infrastructure and potential acquisitions.

On Wednesday, May 27, crypto ETF flows stayed risk-off, with bitcoin ETFs posting $733.43 million in net outflows and extending an eight-day withdrawal streak. Ether ETFs also fell by $67.15 million for a 12-session outflow run, while HYPE and Solana products recorded smaller inflows of $3.40 million and $557,160, respectively.

Strive said it bought 1,109 BTC between May 19 and May 22, lifting total bitcoin holdings to 16,500 BTC and placing it seventh among publicly listed corporate holders. The company reported an average purchase price of $76,989 per bitcoin and said cash and cash equivalents rose to $93.3 million. Bitget has introduced Reality, a regulated platform that issues tokenized real-world assets linked to traditional securities, starting with U.S. stocks backed 1:1 by the underlying shares. Ether-focused public companies are leaning more heavily on staking income as losses widen and equity premiums compress. Everstake found that, among six firms disclosing staking metrics, staking represented 60% of reported revenue on average, while the study tallied about $1.41 billion in combined losses among loss-making firms with available fiscal 2025 results.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its crypto, cash and strategic holdings total $12.3 billion, led by 5,390,404 ETH as of May 25.
