What is Hive?

Hive (HIVE) is an innovative blockchain platform operating on a delegated proof-of-stake (DPoS) consensus mechanism. Launched in March 2020, Hive originated as a hard fork from the Steem blockchain, designed to address concerns of centralization and usher in a new era of Web 3.0 technology.
