The decision blocks WazirX from reallocating a customer's 3,532 XRP tokens to cover losses stemming from the exchange's $234 million security breach in July 2024. The court rejected WazirX's proposed loss socialization mechanism, finding no contractual basis for spreading the deficit across all users.
