CoinShares has formally withdrawn its S-1 filing for a Solana staking exchange-traded fund in the United States, ending a process last updated in September. The withdrawal comes as the firm prepares for a merger with Vine Hill Capital ahead of a planned US listing. Solana currently trades at $137.83 with a market capitalization near $77.1 billion, while analysts project potential upside supported by transaction growth and $613 million in spot ETF inflows.

The platform immediately transferred remaining Solana assets to cold storage and froze roughly $8.2 million in tokens through collaboration with project teams.

Solana spot exchange-traded funds have logged cumulative inflows of $621 million across 21 consecutive trading sessions since launch. On November 25, institutions allocated $53.1 million into these products. SOL traded at $136.05 at press time, down 0.28% over 24 hours and 2.66% for the week, despite continued institutional demand.

Solana exchange-traded funds have recorded net inflows for 20 straight trading sessions since late October, marking one of the longest uninterrupted streaks among recently launched digital asset products. The funds attracted $58 million on Monday, with Bitwise's BSOL product accounting for $39.5 million of the total. SOL traded at $136.32 following a 5% daily gain.

Franklin Templeton will expand its crypto index ETF to include XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, Cardano, Stellar Lumens, and Chainlink starting December 1, 2025, according to an SEC filing. The move follows revised Cboe guidelines allowing funds to hold tokens listed in approved benchmark indices.
