On-chain assets transfers are divided into three steps: Withdrawal - BlockChain Confirmation - Deposit

Step 1: An asset withdrawal marked as "completed" or "success" in the system of the withdrawal platform indicates that the transaction was successfully broadcasted to the blockchain network. However, it does not mean that the transaction has been credited to the deposit platform.

Step 2: Wait for the transaction to be fully confirmed by the blockchain network nodes. All transactions in the blockchain will need time to be confirmed and credited to the deposit platform.

Step 3: After successful blockchain confirmation, the corresponding transaction will be credited to the deposit account. The amount of required "network confirmations" varies for different blockchains.


Troubleshoot using the following methods if your transaction was delayed significantly.

1. Due to the possible network congestion of blockchain networks, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You can retrieve the TxID from the withdrawal platform, and visit etherscan.io or cn.etherscan.com to check the status.

2. If the transaction has been fully confirmed by the blockchain but not credited to your BingX account, please provide us with your BingX UID, the TxID, and the withdrawal screenshot of the sending platform. Our customer support team will help to investigate immediately.
