If a user has created multiple BingX accounts and needs to verify a new account, they can transfer their verified identity information from the verified account to the unverified one.
However, to ensure account and asset security, certain conditions must be met, and a verification process is required before completing the identity transfer.
Please take note of the following before transferring your identity:
- Only accounts with Advanced KYC verification can transfer identity. Accounts with Basic KYC verification currently cannot access this service.
- After the transfer, both the current account and the destination account cannot transfer identity again within 180 days.
- The account receiving the verified identity must be in unverified status.
- Identity cannot be transferred if there are any ongoing P2P orders or active P2P ads under the account. Please wait until the order or ad is closed to proceed with the identity transfer.
- Identity transfer is not supported for accounts in an abnormal state.
- Upon successful transfer, the current account will become unverified and the destination account will become verified.
- After the transfer is completed, any KYC-related rewards not issued to the current account will no longer be available.
How to transfer identity

1. Log in to your verified account on BingX APP and tap the avatar icon to access your profile. Next, tap "Verification".
2. Tap "Identity Transfer".
3. Enter the verification information for the current account.
4. Verify the destination account to complete the identity transfer.
PC
1. Log in to your verified account on BingX official website and click the avatar icon to access your profile. Select "Identity Verification" and then "Identity Transfer".
2. Enter the verification information for the current account.
3. Verify the destination account to complete the identity transfer.
