- Refresh on Windows PC browsers: Press the F5 key; for a hard refresh, press Shift+F5.
- Refresh on Mac PC browsers: Press Command+R; for a hard refresh, press Command+Shift+R.
- Refresh on BingX app: If you have the BingX app open, you can try closing and reopening it (Please refer to the iOS or Android user manual for details on how to force quit the app).
Based on your device, you may consider the following suggestions to optimize your trading experience on BingX.
PC
- BingX is an online trading platform. Therefore, please ensure that the network of your fiber broadband is stable, reliable, and secure. If you experience weak wireless signals, try using a wired connection.
- We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox for trading. After updating, remember to close and restart your browser.
- Reduce or remove unused extensions on Chrome to speed up browsing.
- Clear cookies and cache regularly. If you still encounter loading issues after multiple refreshes, try logging in using Google Chrome's incognito mode. If it runs smoothly in incognito mode, it indicates potential issues with data packets and cache in mainstream browsers. Please clear the data packets and cache immediately, restart the browser, and log in to your BingX account again.
- Please refrain from logging in to multiple BingX accounts using the same browser. If you need to access multiple accounts, please use different browsers (e.g., Logging in to Account A using Google Chrome; logging in to Account B using Firefox, and so on).
- When trading multiple trading pairs, avoid opening two pages in the same browser. We recommend switching between different trading pairs on the same page.
- We recommend that you use a PC, laptop or the app to trade and avoid using incompatible devices.
App
- As BingX is an online trading platform, we recommend that you ensure you have a stable, secure, and reliable mobile broadband connection. In areas with weak signals, such as elevators, tunnels, or underground subway stations, it may cause the BingX app to operate poorly. We recommend using fiber broadband for a better trading experience.
- Please ensure that your BingX app is updated to the latest version. You can check or update the app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Switching between different apps for an extended period on your mobile device may cause the BingX app to become inactive. In such cases, we suggest that you force quit and reopen the BingX app to ensure its normal operation.
