I. Account Opening and Deposits

Q1: Do I need to open a separate account for stock trading?

A: No. You can trade stocks directly using your existing BingX account.

Q2: What currency do I need to deposit to trade?

A: Stocks settle in USDC. Both USDT and USDC are supported for placing orders. When you place an order using USDT, the system automatically converts it to

USDC. You can convert other crypto assets to USDT or USDC, or transfer funds into your Spot Account.

Q3: What is the minimum amount needed to trade?

A: The minimum is 5 USDC. Fractional share trading lets you participate in high-priced stocks with a low entry threshold.

II. Trading Operations

Q4: Can I sell a stock on the same day I bought it?

A: Yes. You can submit a sell order immediately after buying. The T+1 settlement system restricts the timing of fund withdrawals, not the trading operations themselves.

Q5: Can I place market orders outside the regular trading session (pre-market, after-hours, and overnight sessions)?

A: Yes. You can submit market orders during any session, but market orders placed outside the regular trading session will execute when the next regular session opens. Since the opening price may differ from the price at the time of order placement, choose a market order or limit order based on your actual needs. Limit orders can

execute at any time when liquidity is available.

Q6: What should I do if a limit order does not execute?

A: You can manually cancel it and place a new order at any time. If you select "Day", the order automatically expires after the trading session ends. If you select "Good-Till-Cancel (GTC, the default)", the order remains open for up to 90 days, until it executes or you manually cancel it.

Q7: Is take profit/stop loss (TP/SL) supported?

A: The current version does not support this yet. You can achieve a similar effect using limit orders.

III. Fees and Settlement

Q8: How are fees charged?

A: BingX stock trading has zero trading fees. Fees are reflected as a spread, approximately 0.08% of the filled value. The order confirmation page clearly shows the fee amount, with no hidden charges.

Q9: Why can't I withdraw immediately after selling?

A: Due to the T+1 settlement mechanism, proceeds from a sale require next-day settlement before you can withdraw funds. But before settlement, the funds can still be used normally to buy stocks, buy crypto, or trade futures.

Q10: Are there overnight fees?

A: There are no holding fees, overnight fees, or management fees, so you can hold your position long-term.

IV. Positions and Benefits

Q11: Can fractional shares receive dividends?

A: Yes. Dividends are distributed proportionally to your positions. For example, if you hold 0.5 shares and the dividend is $1 per share, you receive 0.5 USDC (pre-tax). Dividends are paid in USDC to your Spot Account.

Q12: How are fractional shares handled during stock splits or reverse stock splits?

A: Stock splits increase your shares proportionally. After a reverse stock split, any fractional shares below 1 share are settled in cash.

Q13: How do I view my trading PnL?

A: In the app, go to Stocks > Positions to view your PnL, calculated using the weighted average cost method.

V. Security and Compliance

Q14: Are my assets secure?

A: Assets are held in licensed custody by Alpaca Securities LLC, regulated by FINRA/SEC, with user assets held separately. Alpaca

is a SIPC member. The specific scope of protection is subject to Alpaca's official disclosures.

Q15: Do I need to pay taxes?

A: The broker withholds taxes. The specific tax rate depends on local tax laws. We recommend consulting a tax advisor.

Q16: Which regions are supported?

A: The service is currently unavailable to US tax residents and residents of sanctioned regions. Availability is subject to what is shown in the app in real time.

VI. Other

Q17: Is leverage supported?

A: No. This is 1:1 trading, meaning you use your own funds and no leverage is provided.

Q18: Is shorting supported?

A: Not supported. Only going long is supported.

Q19: Where can I view my trade history?

A: In the app, go to "Stocks" → "Orders" → "Order history". The order history includes time, price, amount, and fee details.

Q20: How do I contact customer service?

A: In the app, go to "Profile" → "Contact Support" > Contact via online support, official email, or social media.
