I. Fee Structure

BingX stock trading uses a 0-commission model, with fees reflected as a spread in the execution price.

Spread Approximately 0.04% (half price for the first month after launch, reverting to 0.08% on November 8) Fees are reflected in the execution price. The order confirmation page shows the exact amount.

Note: Regulatory fees (CAT/TAF/SEC fees) may apply in the future. These fees are mandatory official hard costs for US services,

typically charged only when selling stocks, collected by regulators, not by BingX.

Reference rate: spread fee approximately 0.04% (original rate 0.08%, half-price discount before November 8)

Example 1: Buying approximately $1,000 of AAPL stock

  • Fee (spread) ≈ 1,000 × 0.08% = 0.80 USDC
  • Actual payment ≈ 1,000.80 USDC

Example 2: Selling approximately $5,000 of TSLA holdings

  • Fee (spread) ≈ 5,000 × 0.08% = 4.00 USDC
  • Actual proceeds ≈ 4,996.00 USDC

Example 3: Buying 50 USDC in fractional shares

  • Fee (spread) ≈ 50 × 0.08% = 0.04 USDC
  • Actual payment ≈ 50.04 USDC

Example 4: Complete round-trip trading costs

  • Buy ~$2,000 → Fee ~1.60 USDC
  • Holding period → 0 fees
  • Sell ~$2,200 (profit ~$200) → Fee ~1.76 USDC
  • Total fees ≈ 1.60 + 1.76 = 3.36 USDC
  • Net profit ≈ 200 - 3.36 = 196.64 USDC

Q: Is there a minimum fee?

A: There is no minimum fee limit. Fees are calculated based on the actual spread and apply to small trades as well.

Q: Are fees charged for unfilled limit orders?

A: No fees are charged. Fees are only generated when an order is actually executed. Canceling an order incurs no fees.

Q: How are fees calculated for partial fills?

A: Fees (spread) are only charged on the filled portion. The unfilled portion is not charged.

Q: Are there any fees besides the spread?

A: There are no other fees at the stock trading level. Dividends may be subject to withholding taxes, which are not collected by BingX.
