1) Quick Start Guide

Start your first CFD trade in just four steps.
 
1. How to access
In the navigation bar on the App or PC, select "TradFi" → "CFD" to go to the CFD trading page.
If you haven't opened a CFD account yet, select to open one.
Your MT5 account number and server address will appear in the bottom right of the account confirmation page. Save these, as you'll need them to log in to the MT5 desktop client or WebTrader later.

2. Select an instrument and transfer funds
In the instrument list on the left, browse by category (metals, stock indices, forex, or commodities), or search directly by instrument code (such as XAUUSD, EURUSD, or DJ30). Click the target instrument to go to the trading page.
Before your first trade, you need to transfer funds to your CFD account: click the "Transfer" button in the bottom right of the trading page to transfer funds from another account to your CFD account. The system converts the funds to USDx at a 1:1 ratio as available margin, and the transfer is credited instantly.
 
3. Place an order
Complete the settings in the order panel on the right and submit your order:
  • Select the order type: Market Order (fills instantly) or Trigger Order (fills once the specified price is triggered)
  • Enter the order volume (Volume, in lots)
  • Click "Buy (Long)" or "Sell (Short)" to place your order
After placing an order, you can view the fill result and floating PnL in real time under the "Positions" tab at the bottom of the page.
 
4. Manage or close a position
You can hold a position and wait for the market to reach your target before closing it to take profit, or close it manually at any time.
Find the target order under the "Positions" tab, click "Close," and confirm.
You can also check untriggered trigger orders under the "Open Orders" tab, and view all settled historical orders under the "Completed Orders" tab.
 

2) Account Types

BingX CFD currently offers an MT5 live account, letting you trade CFDs on metals, stock indices, forex, commodities, and other global markets directly with real funds. PnL settles to your account balance in real time.
Account funds are denominated in USDx.After depositing USDT, use "Transfer" to move funds into your CFD account. The system converts the funds to USDx at a 1:1 ratio as available margin. When withdrawing, the available balance is converted back to USDT at the same 1:1 ratio and transferred to your main account.
BingX CFD offers two trading modes. You can choose based on your trading habits:

Ultra-low spread mode Extremely tight spread close to raw market quotes, with a small commission charged Suited to traders who prefer the best quotes, high-frequency trading, or trading large lots
  • In zero fee mode, trading costs are already included in the bid-ask spread, with no additional fees charged
  • In ultra-low spread mode, you get a tighter bid-ask spread, with fees charged based on the number of lots

3) FAQ

Q1: The MT5 desktop client can't find the BingX server. What should I do?
A: Enter "BingX" in the server search box, or check the full server address on the account opening completion page. Enter it character by character, then click Scan or Confirm.If you still can't find it, contact BingX online customer support for the latest server address.
Q2: Can funds transferred to my CFD account be transferred back to my main account?
A: Yes. You can transfer the available balance in your CFD account (the portion not used as margin) back to your BingX main account at any time. The system converts USDx back to USDT at a 1:1 ratio.Note that any margin used by current positions must be released by closing those positions before you can transfer funds.
Q3: Are order and position data synced across all three trading terminals?
A: Yes. The MT5 desktop client, WebTrader, and the BingX App all log in using the same MT5 account, so your account balance, positions, pending orders, and other data sync in real time.You can check your account on any terminal. We recommend placing orders on only one terminal at a time to avoid conflicting instructions.
Q4: Why is MT5 sometimes unable to trade or showing a connection error?
A: The MT5 trading server undergoes scheduled restart maintenance after market close every Friday. During this time, trading features (including placing orders, closing positions, and queries) will be temporarily interrupted, and ongoing trades may also be affected. This is normal maintenance.Service will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.We recommend planning your trades in advance and avoiding urgent operations around market close every Friday.
Q5: What leverage levels does CFD trading support?
A: Each instrument uses a fixed leverage level set by the system. For the exact leverage level, check the contract specifications page on the platform.
Q6: What order types does CFD support?
A: The following order types are currently supported:
Order Type Description
Market Order Fills instantly at the current best price
Trigger Order Specify a target price. The order triggers and executes once the market price reaches it.
