Q: What is the source of commission?

A: Partner commission comes from the trading fees actually paid by your referred users during trading. The platform rewards you with a portion of your referees' trading fees based on the agreed commission ratio. You can check the detailed commission distribution under the "Commission Details" menu.

Q: Which trades generate commission?

A: Orders that are executed normally on the BingX platform and actually incur trading fees are eligible for commission. For example: spot trading, standard futures, perpetual futures, copy trading, and grid trading.
Example:
If user A uses a 10 USDT bonus to trade and the trading fee is 0, then this trade will not generate commission.
Note: The actual commissions are based on the final amount credited to your account.

Q: How do I withdraw commission?

A: Once paid out, commission goes into your [Fund Account], so the withdrawal process is the same as for regular assets:
  1. Confirm the commission has been credited: The previous day's commission is settled between 00:00 and 03:00 (UTC+8) the following day. After settlement, you can check it in your Fund Account.
  2. Withdraw: Log in to BingX → Fund Account → Withdraw, then select the corresponding currency to withdraw.
If you experience an account issue during withdrawal (such as a blocked withdrawal or identity verification problem), please contact customer support for help.

Q: What is the commission settlement currency?

A: Commission is real, withdrawable USDT or other currencies, not a voucher or Trial Fund.
Commission settlement by trading asset type:
  • USDT-M Futures / Spot: Commission is paid directly from trading fees on a proportional basis, and the settlement currency is USDT.
  • Coin-M Futures (e.g., BTC-margined): Commission currency = The currency of the trading fee paid by the referee for the trade. For example, if your referee trades BTC-margined futures and pays the fee in BTC, the commission you receive is also in BTC, and it will not be automatically converted to USDT.
  • Traditional financial products (such as stocks or gold): Fees are converted to USDT for settlement.
If your referee mainly trades Coin-M Futures, you'll receive commission in various kinds of currencies, which you'll need to manage or convert manually in your Fund Account. If you want to receive commission in USDT only, you can encourage your referees to prioritize USDT-M products. Q: How is commission calculated?

A: Commissions are earned progressively from the closest referral relationship where the trading fees are generated.
Example
Let's assume the commission ratio and referral relationship are as shown in the diagram, where A --> B represents A referred B:
A (Commission Ratio 40%) --> B (Commission Ratio 30%) --> C (Trading User Who Generated 100 USDT Trading Fee)
C trades and generated a 100 USDT trading fee.
Then, B will get: 100 x 30% = 30 USDT; while A will get 100 x (40% - 30%) = 10 USDT.
If users benefit from a fee discount, the commissions are calculated on the actual trading fees after discount.
Example
Let's assume the commission ratio and referral relationship are as shown in the diagram, where A --> B represents A referred B:
A (Commission Ratio 40%) --> B (Perpetual Futures Trading Fee Discount 10%)
If B trades Perpetual Futures, the original expected trading fee was 100 USDT; since B enjoys a 10% fee discount, the actual trading fee generated is 90 USDT.
Then, A can earn a commission of: 90 USDT x 40% = 36 USDT
If a user enjoys “Trading Fee Rebate”, they can receive a certain percentage of their own trading fees as a rebate. Therefore, this amount of rebate will not be counted towards your commission.
Example
Let's assume the commission ratio and referral relationship are as shown in the diagram, where A --> B represents A referred B:
A (Commission Ratio 40%) --> B (Trading Fee Rebate 10%)
B generates 100 USDT in trading fees and has a trading fee rebate of 10%.
Therefore, B can get a rebate of: 100 x 10% = 10 USDT.
And A's Commission: 100 x (40% - 10%) = 30 USDT

Q: How is indirect referral commission calculated?

A: Your commission = (your commission ratio − your referee's commission ratio) × the fees generated by your referee.
Example:
A (40%) → B (30%) → C (end user)
C's trade generates 100 USDT in fees:
  • B's commission: 100 USDT × 30% = 30 USDT
  • A's commission: 100 USDT × (40% − 30%) = 10 USDT
In other words, you earn the ratio difference between you and your referees.

Q: How is API commission calculated?

The maximum API commission ratio is 50%. If a multi-level commission structure includes ratios above 50%, the bottom level's commission ratio is set at 50%, and its referrer levels with commission ratios above 50% evenly split an extra 5% platform reward.
Example: If referrer A is at 65% -- B at 60% -- C at 45% -- D, and D generates 100 USDT in fees through API trading, how much commission does A, B, and C receive respectively?
Since B's 60% exceeds 50%, B's commission ratio is capped at 50%. B's referrer, namely A, receives an extra 5% platform reward. If A also has referrers, A and A's referrers split the 5% evenly.
  1. A: 5
  2. B: 5 = (50% − 45%) × 100
  3. C: 45 = 45% × 100
If A has a referrer, A and A's referrer each get 2.5 = (5% × 100) / 2. If B has 5 referrers above, those 5 referrers evenly split the 5% (5% / 5 = 1%).
In short: The API commission ratio cap is 50%. When commission exceeds the cap, the platform provides an extra 5% subsidy, evenly split among all referrers of the over-limit level.

Q: Does a VIP user's fee discount affect their referrer's commission?

A: Yes. After a VIP user receives a discounted fee rate, referral commissions are calculated based on the actual fee generated at the discounted rate.

Example
Let's assume the users' commission ratio and referral relationships are as follows, where "A → B" means A referred B:
A (commission ratio 40%) → B (commission ratio 30%) → C (trading user)

When user C is a regular user, the crypto perpetual futures taker fee rate is 0.05% and the maker fee rate is 0.02%. When C generates 1,000,000 in crypto perpetual futures trading volume as a maker,
B can receive 1,000,000 × 0.02% × 30% = 60 USDT
A can receive 1,000,000 × 0.02% × (40% - 30%) = 20 USDT

When user C is a VIP1 user, the crypto perpetual futures taker fee rate is 0.04% and the maker fee rate is 0.014%. When C generates 1,000,000 in crypto perpetual futures trading volume as a maker,
B can receive 1,000,000 × 0.014% × 30% = 42 USDT
A can receive 1,000,000 × 0.014% × (40% - 30%) = 14 USDT

Q: Do crypto and non-crypto assets have different commission ratios?

A: Yes, the commission ratios differ between the two. Here's an example to explain:
Let's assume the referral relationship and commission ratio are as follows (A → B means A referred B):
A (commission ratio 40%) → B (commission ratio 30%) → C (trading user)

Scenario 1: C generates 1,000,000 in trading volume as a maker, with the trading product/type being crypto perpetual futures.
  • B can receive 1,000,000 × 0.02% × 30% = 60 USDT
  • A can receive 1,000,000 × 0.02% × (40% - 30%) = 20 USDT

Scenario 2: C generates 1,000,000 in trading volume as a maker, with the trading product/type being TradFi perpetual futures.
  • B can receive 1,000,000 × 0.0030% × 30% = 9 USDT
  • A can receive 1,000,000 × 0.0030% × (40% - 30%) = 3 USDT
Note: The trading fees for BingX TradFi perpetual futures are the same as crypto perpetual futures. However, the rates may be adjusted slightly based on market conditions, product characteristics, or special periods. The actual trading fee displayed on the order page at the time of placing the order shall prevail.

Q: When is the commission paid out?

A: Trading fees generated by your referees between 00:00 and 24:00 (UTC+8) on a given day will be settled and credited to your Fund Account at 03:00 (UTC+8) the following day. If the payout is delayed by more than 60 minutes, we recommend contacting customer support for assistance.

Q: How to check commission distribution details?

A: The crypto of the commission you actually receive will be the same as the crypto of the trading fees generated by your referred users. All relevant records can be found in the “Commission Details” - “Commission Query” section of the Partner Dashboard. This page supports filtering by multiple criteria, such as user UID, trade time, business type, and crypto, making it easier for you to search quickly.

Q: What is the difference between commission and rebate?

A:

  • Commission: This refers to the portion of the trading fees generated by users you referred, which is rewarded to you by the platform based on the commission ratio (as a promotional incentive).

  • Rebate: This refers to a type of discount offered to users, where the platform returns a portion of trading fees to the user based on the rebate ratio (as a trading incentive).

  • Calculation Method: Your commission income will be based on the net actual trading fees paid by your referees (i.e., total trading fees minus the amount already rebated).

Q: What are the commission and rebate policies for main and sub-accounts?

A: The commission and rebate rules for main and sub-accounts are as follows:

  • Commission Rules:
    • Only the main account can receive commissions from referred users
    • Sub-accounts are not independently eligible for commissions.
  • Commission Base:
    • Regardless of whether the trading fees were generated by the main or sub-account, they will be combined into the commission base.
  • Rebate Rules:
    • The rebate ratio for sub-accounts is the same as for the main account.
    • The rebate earned by a sub-account will be distributed to the Fund Account of the main account on T+1 day.

Q: How do I set the rebate ratio?

A: The rebate ratio for new users is set in the referral code, and each referral code can be configured independently.
App:
Partner Hub homepage → scroll down to "My Referrals" → settings icon on the right → "Create" → configure rebate ratio → Confirm.
Website:
Partner Hub homepage → scroll down to "Referral Link" → "View More" → Referral Code Management → "Add Benefits for Referees" → the system automatically generates a new link.
To adjust the rebate for users you've already referred, go to "User Management → User Benefit Management" on the website to adjust individually or in batch.

Q: When will the adjusted commission/rebate ratio become effective?

A: The adjusted ratio will become effective on the following day (T+1), and will be uniformly used to calculate the commission/rebate for the entire previous day (T day).

Specifically, the system will update at around 2:00 AM (UTC+8) on the following day, and the effective ratio at that time will be used to settle all related transactions from 0:00 to 24:00 of the previous day.

For example:

  • At 8:00 AM on December 4, the ratio is increased from 10% to 20%.
  • Then, all trades on December 4 will have commission/rebate calculated at 20%.
  • Settlement results can be viewed after 2:00 AM on December 5.

Q: Why did I stop receiving friend rebates? / What is the validity period for friend rebates?

A: Hi, this may be because the friend rebate benefit has expired, the default validity period for friend rebates is 180 days.
