A: You can invite users through either of the following methods:

Method 1: Get your referral link or referral poster from the Partner Hub homepage and send it to potential users. Once a user signs up through this referral link, they become your referee.

Method 2: Guide your users to enter your exclusive referral code during sign-up.

Q: What counts as a valid referral?

A: A referral is considered valid only when both of the following conditions are met:

Sign-up method: The invited user must sign up through your exclusive referral link, or actively enter your referral code when signing up.
Trading requirement: The user generates a cumulative trading volume of 1,000 USDT or more within the referral cycle (typically 2 weeks).

Both conditions must be met for the user to be counted as a valid referral.

Q: How do I adjust the user benefit for a direct referee?

A: Step 1: Go to the Partner Hub on the website.
Step 2: Click "User Management" → "User Benefit Management" → enter the user's UID and click "Search".
Step 3: Click "Adjust User Benefit" and select the benefit you want to set.

Batch adjustment of user benefits is also supported. Here's how:

Click "Batch Adjust User Benefit" → select the range of users you want to adjust (by referral code or by UID) → select the benefit you want to set.

Q: How do I create a new referral link?

A: The steps differ depending on the web/app:

If you're using the mobile app:

Go to the Partner Hub homepage --> scroll down to the "My Referrals" section --> tap the settings icon on the right.

Select "Create" --> set the benefit for this referral code --> tap "OK" to generate your exclusive referral link.

If you're using the website:

Log in to the Partner Hub homepage --> scroll down to find the "Referral Link" section --> click "View More" on the right.
Go to the "Referral Code Management" page --> click "Add Benefits for Referees" --> after you finish setting the benefit, the system will automatically generate a new link.

Q: How do I customize a referral link?

A: You can do this in either of the following two ways:

Method 1: Short link conversion

To convert an existing referral link into a short link, contact your BingX BD directly for assistance.

Method 2: Custom redirect page

If you want users to be redirected to a specific page after clicking your referral link, use the "Customize Short Link" feature. Here are the steps:

Go to the Partner Hub on the website --> click "Link Management" --> go to the "Customize Short Link" page --> click "Add short links".

Select the referral code to link.

Enter the target redirect page link (for example, the event page URL).
Set a personal signature (this signature will be displayed in the link).
After clicking "Confirm," the custom link will appear in the "Customize Short Link" list.

Q: How do I customize my exclusive referral code?

A: The Partner Hub currently does not support self-service editing of your referral code. If you need a custom referral code, contact your dedicated BD for assistance.

Q: Can a user who has already signed up still link my referral code?

A: Users who meet the following criteria can manually link a referral code:

Have not made any trades since signing up.
Have not invited any other users since signing up.

How to link a referral code:

Have the user click their profile avatar to go to the personal information page.

Find the "My Referrer" field, enter your referral code, and the linking will be complete.
