Q: How do I upgrade a user to a lower-level partner?

A: Follow the steps for one of the two scenarios below:

Scenario 1: Upgrade your direct referee to a lower-level partner

Step 1: Set a commission ratio higher than 10% for this user: Go to Partner Hub (Web) --> Click "Partner Management" --> "Adjust Partner's Commission Ratio" --> Enter the user's UID --> Enter a number greater than 10 in the "Ratio after adjustment" field.

Step 2: Once set, the user will become your "lower-level partner". Referrals made by this lower-level partner will be counted as your "indirect referrals".

Step 3: After becoming a lower-level partner, the user can log in directly to the Partner Hub on both the website and the app.

Note: This feature lets you increase the commission ratio of your directly referred partners (excluding yourself and indirectly referred partners). The ratio after adjustment must be lower than your current ratio. You can only increase the ratio, not decrease it.

A: If the system shows "The user is neither your direct nor indirect referee" when you adjust a lower-level partner's commission ratio, it usually means the user already exists in another partner's referral network, so the system can't link them again.
If you run into this issue, contact your dedicated BD for assistance. Your BD will proceed with the follow-up steps based on your specific circumstances.
