If you've filed a P2P appeal, submitting additional video evidence can help accelerate the review process. However, non-compliant submissions may delay processing and require resubmission.

You can follow these instructions on recording your video:

Step 1. Use two devices to initiate an appeal: File your appeal on one device while recording the process on another.
Capture both the appeal details and bank transaction records.

Step 2. Open Google Play / App Store.

Step 3. Search for and open your bank/payment app from Google Play / App Store. If loggin into your payment/receiving account via computer, keep the full website URL visible throughout the entire video recording.

Step 4. Film the complete login process of your account. Please remember to hide your password.

Step 5. Display your account information. Must show your account name, number, and other required details.

Step 6: Display transaction history and your most recent transaction details, including the payment sent or received for the P2P order in question. These transactions must use the same currency and match the verified identity information on the P2P order.
