Event Rules:
1. The Welcome and Upgrade Gifts activate from 2025-04-17 00:00 (UTC+8). Users who first become a VIP or upgrade to a higher VIP level after 2025-04-17 00:00 (UTC+8) will qualify for the Upgrade Gifts.
2. The Upgrade Gifts are awarded based on the specific threshold(s) met upon upgrading. For example, if a user meets two or more thresholds on the day of the upgrade, this user is eligible to receive multiple Upgrade Gifts for the same VIP level.
3. The Welcome and Upgrade Gifts are only eligible for official BingX VIPs. Users upgrading via VIP Trial Pass do not qualify.
4. Each user can only claim the Welcome Gifts and the Upgrade Gifts for each VIP level once.
5. When issuing the VIP Upgrade Gifts, only the gifts corresponding to the user’s current VIP level will be granted. Gifts for other levels will not be issued simultaneously.
6. The VIP Upgrade Gifts are only granted when a user upgrades to a higher VIP level than any they have previously attained. For example: If a user upgrades from VIP0 to VIP1 for the first time, this user will receive the VIP Welcome Gifts. If this user later upgrades directly to VIP4, they will receive the Upgrade Gifts for VIP4. However, if the user downgrades to VIP1 and subsequently re-upgrades to VIP2, the user will not receive the Upgrade Gifts for VIP2.
7. VIP Upgrade & Welcome Gifts: All gifts are issued in the form of vouchers, and are valid for 7 days.
8. The trading volume for each BingX account is counted once throughout the event period to determine the reward. If multiple similar events are ongoing, BingX will issue only the highest reward tier you qualify for from that event type. Rewards are only issued once.
9. Any users involved in unfair activities, such as using multiple accounts (same IP address, device, or KYC), will be disqualified.
10. Users are prohibited to use Trial Funds and cryptos for wash trading. If found, any obtained rewards will be deducted.
11. BingX reserves the right to disqualify users who profit from unfair behavior, including any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful actions. Trading may be banned in severe cases.
12. BingX reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this event without further notice.
13. BingX reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
