Q1: How do I post an ad on BingX P2P?

A1: Please refer to this tutorial: BingX Tutorial | P2P Merchant Guide
Be sure to focus on part 4 (How do I post an ad on BingX P2P?). This section guides you through the step-by-step process to ensure a smooth experience.

Q2: Why am I unable to create an ad?

A2: Common reasons for being unable to create an ad include:

1. Insufficient fund
When creating a sell ad, the system will transfer the amount of USDT you've entered from your Fund Account. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your Fund Account. If your funds are frozen, it may be due to the following reasons:

a. There are existing spot limit orders.
b. Funds are subject to the "T+1 limit".
c. Merchant's security deposit is frozen.
d. The limit per order does not meet the requirement.

The system will display the limit per order on the ad creation page. Please ensure the amount you enter meets the specified requirement.

2. Account anomaly

If you experienced an account anomaly, it may be due to unresolved appeals that resulted in account restrictions. Please check and resolve any pending appeals.
If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our online support for further assistance.

Q3: What does the "Transfer out - P2P Ads" in transaction history mean?

A3: When you create a sell ad, the system automatically transfers the specified USDT amount from your Fund Account to your P2P Account. This transfer will be recorded in your transaction history.
Please note that this record only indicates the transfer of funds and does not represent your completed P2P sell order.

Q4: Why is the available balance shown when creating an ad less than the actual funds in my Fund Account?

A4: Please check if your funds are frozen, which could be due to:
a. There are existing spot limit orders.
b. Funds are subject to the "T+1 limit".
c. Merchant's security deposit is frozen.

Q5: How can I increase the exposure of my ads?

A5: When users search on the P2P Trading page, the system sorts ads that meet the criteria based on a comprehensive algorithm. The main factors include price, transaction rate, average transaction time, and more. Setting competitive prices, improving the transaction rate, and reducing the transaction time will help increase the exposure of your ads.

Q6: How do I withdraw funds (from ads) from my P2P Account?

A6: When you close a sell ad, any unfilled ad funds will be automatically returned to your Fund Account. Note: Delisting an ad will not release the funds. You must close the ad to release it.
Steps:
"P2P Trading" → "More" → "My Ads" → "Close"

Q7: Why isn't my ad showing up?

A7: Due to the large number of ads in P2P Trading, your ad might not appear in the current rankings. We recommend checking the P2P User Center to see if your ad is live.
If your ad isn’t showing up on that page, your account may have been temporarily restricted due to order disputes or violations flagged by risk controls. Please check for any pending appeal and resolve it timely.
If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our online support for further assistance.

Q8: Why are my P2P ads taken down?

A8: Your ad may have been taken down if you violated BingX's P2P merchant rules, engaged in malicious diversion of traffic, or had over 5 P2P order appeals within a day. If you need to lift the restriction, please contact us on Telegram @BingXP2P or send an email to p2p@bingx.com.

Q9: Can I still post ads after terminating my merchant status?

A9: Unfortunately, only merchants can post ads. You'll no longer be able to post ads after you terminate your merchant status. Once your merchant status is terminated, you cannot reapply to become a merchant within 90 days.
