Reset Your Password Without Login
—— Login Password

1. Enter your phone number/email at the login page.

2. Click the “Forgot Your Password” button to enter the “Reset Login Password” page.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone/email and your new login password respectively.

If your account is bound to the google authenticator, you will need to enter both the SMS verification code and google authentication code to reset your passwords.

 

 

Reset Your Password When Logging-in

—— Login Password & Fund Password

 

1. Enter the [Security Center] page from [Account] interface on BingX App.

2. Click the [Password-Reset] / [Fund Password-Reset] button to enter the corresponding password reset page.

3. Slide to complete the puzzle, and enter the verification code to reset your password.

Note: When your password reset is completed, withdrawal service can only be accessed 24H later for your asset security.
