Nethermind, the developer behind Ethereum’s most-used client, said it will step down as a LayerZero verifier and move its cross-chain operations to Chainlink. Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov referenced the move at a White House technology leaders event and highlighted Chainlink’s expanding role in tokenized stocks and stablecoin infrastructure.
